Kate Bixler Coaching - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kate Bixler Coaching. By purchasing and participating in our programs, including the Lifetime Coaching Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

• Lifetime Coaching Program: This program is designed to provide ongoing coaching and support throughout your personal and professional journey. It includes access to weekly workshops that feature both teaching and coaching elements.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment Options: The Lifetime Coaching Program is offered at a one-time payment of $1,000. Alternatively, you may choose to pay in 10 monthly installments of $100 each.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. By choosing the installment plan, you agree that payments will be automatically deducted each month until the full amount is paid.
• Non-Refundable: Due to the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing the Program, and due to the nature of the Program and Content that cannot be “returned,” there is a no refund policy.

3. Workshops

• Weekly Workshops: As part of the Lifetime Coaching Program, you will have access to a weekly workshop. These workshops will include a mix of teaching and live coaching.
• Recordings: All workshops are recorded and made available for replay. Recordings will be accessible to all program participants through a secure online portal.
• Confidentiality: Workshop sessions may involve the sharing of personal information by participants. While we take steps to maintain confidentiality, you are encouraged to share only what you are comfortable with.

4. Access and Availability

• Lifetime Access: Your purchase of the Lifetime Coaching Program grants you lifetime access to all future workshops and recordings as long as the program is offered.
• Content Availability: While we strive to maintain access to all content indefinitely, we reserve the right to remove or modify content as needed.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Active Participation: Participants are encouraged to engage actively in workshops and use the resources provided.
• Respectful Communication: All participants must engage in respectful and constructive communication during workshops and within any community spaces. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your participation in the program at any time, but please note that no refunds will be provided for any payments made.
• Program Termination: Kate Bixler Coaching reserves the right to terminate the program or any participant’s access to the program at our discretion. In such cases, prorated refunds for any remaining time may be considered.

7. Liability

• No Guarantees: While Kate Bixler Coaching is committed to providing valuable content and support, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from participating in the program.
• Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout the program. Kate Bixler Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of participation.

8. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All materials, recordings, and content provided during the program are the intellectual property of Kate Bixler Coaching. Participants may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without explicit permission.

9. Changes to Terms

• Updates to Terms: Kate Bixler Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
